We run monthly playtesting evenings at the Gribblehirst Community Hub.
These are free to attend and anyone is welcome! We welcome anyone who has an idea for a game they would like to try out, or who would just like to come along and try out some new games we are working on.
Like the sound of that? Get in touch with us and we'll send you the details!
The 2015 Wild Streets Festival of Play was the inaugural event for the Wild Streets community. After an open-call for designers, we ran a full day of bespoke games created for kids and adults to play together.
We brought Daldy street in Auckland's Wynyard Quarter alive for the day with bees, pirates, water fights and more!
We ran a day full of Wild Streets games as well as new designs to help celebrate the 4th Birthday of the newly developed Wynyard Quarter.
New games and new volunteers helped smoothly run the day and introduced new players of all ages to the joy of games outside of a digital screen.
Our second independent Wild Streets Festival in the Wynyard Quarter had us exploring giant dominos, hunting with bears and building power plants all across New Zealand.
For the Wynyard Quarter's 6th birthday we designed a set of new games with gremlins, scientists, spaceships and confused construction workers.
